At BPR Sverdlovsky LLC production site, within the framework of implementation and practice, an educational program was established. This program is divided into two main fields of concern:
  • External Customers: partners' specialists (workshops, advanced training, on-site staff training);
  • Internal Customers: employees of the enterprise.
LBy implementing the academic program, especially the Internal Customers division, the following has been obtained:
  • Average labor turnover in general trades decreased by 10% and it has been possible to maintain it within the regulatory value for the enterprise over the past 5 years
  • More than 200 persons graduated successfully
  • More than 70 persons obtained 1, 2 qualification grades
  • 1, 2 categories were assigned to specialists
  • Career growth of young professionals
